Programmes for groups are arranged by their individual request.
The admission fee includes VAT and the fee of accident insurance of visitors, the visit of the astronomical and space research history exhibitions, one documentary film in the planetarium, participation in an experimenting lecture and, in case of clear sky, the observation of the Sun with the helioscope.
In case of arranged group visits, the following films can be chosen or can be watched for the film + ticket:
- Oasis in Space (22 minutes, from elementary school to pensioners, for everyone)
- The Zula Patrol (22 minutes, for kindergarten and lower grade elementary school children)
- Black Holes (22 minutes, cca. from the age of 14)
Credit cards (except American Express) and Hungarian Forint in cash are accepted.

The area of the Bakony–Balaton Geopark includes this exhibition site and its surroundings as well.
